Terms of service

Effective May 13, 2026 · Questions? Contact us

These terms govern your use of Market Chat, a service operated by Venita SL, a company registered in Spain. By signing up you agree to them. We've kept the language as plain as we can — see the Privacy policy and Disclaimer for related rules.

Agreement

"Market Chat", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Venita SL, the company that operates this service. "You" refers to the person who creates an account and uses the product. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the linked policies.

Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Market Chat.
  • You're responsible for the credentials you set and for activity under your account. Keep your password private.
  • One person per account unless you're using the Team plan, which allows up to five seats invited by the team admin.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the product (see Acceptable use).

Subscription & billing

  • Plans: Trial (3 days, card required), Starter, Pro, Team. Limits, features, and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
  • Your trial converts to the chosen paid plan automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
  • Billing happens via Stripe. Manage your subscription, update card, or cancel from Billing.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us if you have a problem.
  • Per-tier feature limits (chats/day, watchlist size, MCP servers, deep research, real-time quotes) are enforced server-side. Hitting a limit returns a clear error and an upgrade link.

Acceptable use

Don't use Market Chat to:

  • Break any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate market manipulation, fraud, insider trading, or wash trading.
  • Spam, harass, dox, or threaten others.
  • Scrape or exfiltrate the platform in ways that violate our rate limits, ToS, or our upstream providers' ToS (notably Twitter/X and Google).
  • Submit content owned by others without permission, or train any third-party model on outputs in violation of provider policies.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass our gate / role / RLS layer.
  • Hand off your account to others outside the Team plan structure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

Third-party data

Market Chat surfaces data from SerpAPI (Google Finance + News), Apify (Twitter/X), Stripe, LLM providers (Groq, Cerebras, Gemini, Anthropic), and any MCP servers you connect. Their terms apply to that data. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party content.

AI output

  • Chat replies are generated by language models. We don't guarantee they're correct.
  • Tool outputs (quotes, news, tweets, sentiment scores) are best-effort snapshots from the time of fetch, frequently from cache.
  • You own your prompts. We retain enough of them to render and re-render your chat history (see Privacy).
  • You may not present AI output as a regulated professional's advice.

No financial advice

Everything in Market Chat is informational. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Don't make a financial decision solely on the basis of this product. See the full Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

  • The Market Chat platform, brand, and code are ours.
  • You retain ownership of your chat content.
  • You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice. Surviving sections after termination: Liability, IP, Governing law.

Warranty disclaimer

Market Chat is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Chat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence.

Changes

We'll post material changes here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
